How to create/make PDF file using Microsoft Word

This is a very easy and easy to use method. In this method you can convert only files into PDF. So, by following these steps a person is able to convert file into PDF:

Method 1

· Open Microsoft Word and then open your document which you want to convert into PDF.

· After opening Microsoft Word, click the FILE option on the left side of the page.

· On the given options, click on EXPORT option.

· Click on create PDF.

· A dialog box appears, in this fill the File Name.

· Click on Publish option,

· Now, your file is converted into PDF.

Method 2

· Open Microsoft Word and then open your document which you want to convert into PDF.

· After opening Microsoft Word, click the FILE option on the left side of the page.

· On the given options, click on SAVE AS option.

. Now Enter the name of file and Now Click on SAVE AS TYPE and select PDF.

To make PDF file from Microsoft Excel worksheet follow the below steps:

Open Microsoft Excel and then open your document which you want to convert into PDF.
After opening Microsoft Excel, click the FILE option on the left side of the page.
On the given options, click on SAVE AS option.

First open Google Chrome internet web browser.
Now open webpage or website that you wish to convert into PDF file.
Then press print shortcut key ‘Ctrl+P’.
Now Select PDF under DESTINATION option as shown below.

After that click on SAVE.
Now enter your PDF file name and again Click on SAVE.

To make PDF file of your favorite photograph you can use Google Photos App to do this task. Just follow the instructions given below:

Open your Photo in Google Photos app.
